Why should I take the Intuit Academy Courses?
The Intuit Academy Courses are FREE and candidates completing these courses are the preferred candidates for hiring at Intuit.
Does VirtForce's Boot Camp remove experience requirements?
Completing the Bookkeeping course and earning your Bookkeeping Badge replaces the 1 year experience requirements. The VirtForce Boot Camp is intended to give you instruction, support, and access to Intuit team members while you work through your course. Upon completion of the course, candidates must also take the QBO certification.
What is the difference between Bookkeeping Expert and Bookkeeping Associate?
Please submit your application and the Intuit team will decide which position is the best fit for you. But, here are the general experience requirements that define the two roles: The Bookkeeping Associate requires 1 year of work experience and 1 year of QBO experience. The Bookkeeping Expert requires 3 years of work experience and 3 years QBO experience.

Does the Bookkeeping Badge or Quickbooks Pro Advisor Certification expire?
No, the Bookkeeping Badge does not expire. The Quickbooks Pro Certification does need to be renewed annually.
